All sales are made between private individuals.
Using this website means you accept all policies below.

Artwork & Availability

All artworks are handmade and unique.
Availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.
No shipping offered for now (in-person pickup).
Shipping may be added in the future.

Prices & Payment

Accepted payment methods:

In person: cash or Interac e-Transfer via mobile
Online: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, credit cards (never stored)

Prices are in CAD.
No extra taxes (private hobby sales).

Custom Orders

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required.
The remaining balance is due upon pickup.
Tnado Creation may decline a custom request before payment.

No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges

All sales are final.

No refunds for:

change of mind
color differences due to screens or lighting
unique artwork that cannot be exchanged

In-person pickup

The artwork is handed over at a mutually agreed location.
Ownership transfers only after full validated payment.

Anti-fraud Measures

Tnado Creation may:

manually verify orders
request ID for unusual payment
scancel suspicious transactions
retain ownership until payment validation is confirmed

Copyright & Image Use

Tnado Creation retains all copyright, even after the artwork is sold.
The buyer owns only the physical painting, not reproduction rights.
Any digital, printed or commercial reproduction is prohibited.
